Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: October 30, 2026 · Version 1.0

These Terms govern authorized use of CleanOS, the internal operations application operated by ABC Solutions LLC under the Always Best Cleaning brand.

1. Scope and agreement

These Terms apply to CleanOS at seattlebestcleaning.com and its application features. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to ABC Solutions LLC; “you” refers to an authorized user and, where applicable, the organization you are authorized to represent. By using CleanOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application and contact your administrator. You must have authority to act for any organization or account you connect.

CleanOS is a business operations tool, not a public cleaning marketplace or an independent payment processor. These Terms govern use of the software; they do not replace an employment or contractor agreement, an agreed cleaning-service contract, or mandatory consumer rights. Cleaning-service prices, scope, cancellation arrangements and guarantees are governed by the applicable service agreement and company policies.

2. Accounts and authorized access

Access is issued by the company administrator. Use your own authorized account, keep credentials confidential, supply accurate information and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Do not share accounts or access records outside your assigned role. Account access may be limited, changed or disabled when duties change, a work relationship ends, or security requires it. Public access to the sign-in and legal pages does not grant access to operational records.

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use this workplace tool. A cleaner, sales manager, operations manager and administrator may have different permissions. Technical access to a record does not authorize an unrelated use of it.

3. Permitted use and responsibilities

Use CleanOS only to manage authorized cleaning-business activities, such as responding to inquiries, estimating work, scheduling visits, coordinating personnel and maintaining legitimate service records. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter and for checking important actions before confirming them.

  • Do not impersonate another person, create misleading records, falsify work or financial entries, or misrepresent an estimate as an accepted booking.
  • Do not bypass access controls, investigate other users’ private data, disclose home access codes or credentials, or interfere with the application.
  • Do not upload unlawful or unrelated sensitive content, use customer information for unauthorized marketing, or ignore a legally valid communication opt-out.
  • Do not scrape connected platforms, resell provider data, or exceed the permissions or purpose of an approved integration.

4. Estimates, reservations and orders

Calculator output is an estimate based on the entered property details, services, adjustments and applicable tariff. It must be reviewed before being communicated or relied upon. Estimated person-hours describe workload and are not a promise of a particular visit duration; duration depends on the assigned personnel and scheduling rules.

Viewing or choosing a suggested slot does not reserve it. A Pending reservation exists only after a successful server confirmation and lasts until its recorded expiration. A reservation is not a confirmed appointment until it is successfully confirmed as Booked. Availability can change between viewing and saving. Refresh or verify the record after a network error rather than assuming an action succeeded.

Saving or selecting a new estimate does not automatically change an existing reservation or order. A replacement must be confirmed through the authorized workflow. Completion, payment records and compensation decisions require the appropriate permissions and supporting facts. A software status is not, by itself, evidence of customer consent, completed work or payment.

5. Connected services and OAuth authorization

External services, including Thumbtack, Quo and mapping providers when enabled, are governed by their own terms, policies, permissions and availability. CleanOS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for those providers. Their names identify the services involved.

Only an authorized owner or representative may connect a provider account and approve OAuth permissions. If you authorize a connection, you instruct us to process the permitted account information for the disclosed business purpose. Do not connect an account you do not control or have authority to manage. You can revoke a connection through the provider’s available account controls or ask us for help.

As of the effective date, Thumbtack and Quo API connections in CleanOS have not been activated. Test messages and local drafts are not delivered messages. Future connected features require the provider’s approval and actual configuration; this notice does not promise API access, synchronization, a calling SDK or a particular launch date. You must verify the selected recipient, channel and content before an authorized external send. Connecting a service does not authorize unrelated marketing or bulk communications.

6. Data, confidentiality and rights

You retain any rights you have in content you lawfully provide. You authorize us to store, process and display that content as necessary to operate the application and carry out the legitimate activities described in our Privacy Policy. This permission does not give us ownership of customer communications or a right to sell personal information.

Customer records, personnel records, messages, access instructions and non-public business information must be handled confidentially and only for authorized duties. Provider-origin information must also be handled under the applicable provider terms and restrictions. Access revocation does not automatically remove information lawfully required for service, accounting, security or legal records; see the retention and request provisions in the Privacy Policy.

The application’s software, branding and design remain the property of their respective rights holders. Permission to use CleanOS does not transfer those rights.

7. Availability, changes and suspension

We may maintain, modify, limit or suspend application features for operations, security, legal requirements or provider changes. Networks, devices and connected services may fail or be unavailable. We aim to maintain accurate records and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations or the behavior of an independent provider. Use the company’s agreed operational fallback if the application is unavailable.

We may suspend or end access for unauthorized use or when authorization ends. This does not extinguish non-waivable rights or valid outstanding service or employment obligations. We will handle retained information as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Responsibility and legal protections

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the application is provided on an “as available” basis without additional implied warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from unauthorized use, external-service failures or reliance on unverified information. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections, applicable employment rights, or liability for fraud or other conduct for which a limitation is prohibited.

These Terms do not create an arbitration agreement, a class-action waiver or a waiver of a legally protected right. Separate written agreements may govern particular business relationships.

9. Applicable law and updates

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, United States, without displacing mandatory laws that apply to you. Please contact us first about a concern so that we can try to resolve it. This does not limit your right to contact a regulator or use a legally available remedy.

We may update these Terms as the application changes. The version and date above identify the current document. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain acceptance of a material change. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
